All intellectual property rights pertaining to any materials, ideas, suggestions, or feedback provided by the client during the engagement remain the property of the client. Deebil does not claim any rights or ownership over such intellectual property.
As part of our analytics services, we may collect and process data from Meta Platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta Products) on behalf of our clients. This includes Platform Data such as user profiles, access tokens, profile pictures, usernames, email addresses, communications between users, location information, device information, and other data obtained through Meta's APIs, SDKs, or tools.
How We Collect Meta Data: Data is collected via authorized integrations with Meta's platform, using APIs and tools provided by Meta. We only collect data necessary for the specific analytics purposes requested by our clients.
Purposes of Processing: Meta data is processed solely to provide analytics services to our clients, such as improving user experiences, generating insights, and enhancing marketing strategies. We do not use this data for any other purposes, including our own marketing or profiling without consent.
Data Retention and Deletion: We retain Meta data only as long as necessary for the legitimate business purposes outlined above or as required by applicable laws. Upon request from users or clients, or when retention is no longer necessary, we promptly delete or anonymize the data. Any reviews, feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by the client during the engagement will be considered the property of the client. Deebil will not use or disclose such information without the client's consent, except as required by law.
Deebil shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
These terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms & conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
