All services provided by Deebil have custom pricing. We do not list prices for products on our site. Instead, quotes will be generated based on specific requirements. Payment for services is to be made based on the agreed-upon quotation.

Quotes and Payment

Quotes for our services will be provided based on the client's requirements. The client agrees to review and accept the quotation before proceeding with the engagement. Payments are to be made as per the agreed-upon terms stated in the quotation.

Communication and Electronic Correspondence

When engaging with our services, you agree and understand that communication with us will be conducted electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including emails or other forms of electronic communication, as necessary for the provision of our services.

Ownership of Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights pertaining to any materials, ideas, suggestions, or feedback provided by the client during the engagement remain the property of the client. Deebil does not claim any rights or ownership over such intellectual property.

Accuracy of Information

While Deebil strives to provide accurate information and customized solutions, errors may occur. In the event of any inaccuracies or errors in the information provided, we reserve the right to modify the pricing or refuse or cancel any engagement or order placed, unless the services have already been initiated.

Reviews and Feedback

Any reviews, feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by the client during the engagement will be considered the property of the client. Deebil will not use or disclose such information without the client's consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Deebil shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms & conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
